A small-business owner sits stressed and uncertain at a cluttered desk — buried in tax paperwork and receipts, boxes of unsold stock behind them.

Is this what your
world is like?

Be honest — most owners nod at more than one.

  • You go all year guessing what you'll owe the IRS.
  • Your accountant sends over your tax return, and you owe more than you feared.
  • You suspect you're overpaying, but your accountant can't explain why.
  • You fall behind on your books, and you're never quite sure what they're telling you.
  • Your accountant doesn't respond to your calls, and only reaches out when something's due.

The flight plan

From where you are now to a year that runs on a plan — five stops, one route. The service station on the way is how we fly it together.

  1. DiscoveryThe beginning of the adventure. We learn about you, you learn about us — where you are, what your goals are, and where you want to go. And each of us decides if it's the right fit.
  2. The Tax PlanBased on the discovery, we build your customized tax plan — with strategies and suggestions that depend entirely on your most important goals.
  3. ImplementationA tax strategy can only help you if it's actually implemented, and it's the hardest part of any tax plan. So we handle whatever we can, and guide you through whatever we can't.
  4. Year-Round MeetingsPeriodically, we meet to review your status, update your projections and quarterly estimates, work together on any roadblocks, and adjust your plan to match changed goals.
  5. DestinationNo tax deadline surprise. You know what you owe long before it's due. You pay the least the law allows. And the plan keeps running.

Pre-flight questions

Everything crews usually ask before committing to the mission.

What is tax planning vs. tax prep?

Prep reports the year after it happened — a rearview mirror. Planning happens while the year can still be changed: entity choices, timing, strategy, mapped in advance so the return is just the landing, not the surprise.

Who do you work with (and who not)?

Small-business owners who want their taxes handled proactively — typically S-corps, LLCs, and self-employed professionals. If you only want a once-a-year filing and no contact in between, we're probably not your ship.

How does pricing work without hourly billing?

It's a subscription — no hourly billing, ever. The price is custom to your situation and agreed before we start, so there are no meters running, no per-email charges, and no surprise bills.

What does the first meeting cost?

Nothing. The first meeting is free — a look at where you are and whether the mission makes sense. It starts with a short assessment, so the hour is about your situation, not generalities. No pressure, no jargon, no invoice.

Can you work with my business remotely?

Yes — mission control is in Boynton Beach, FL, but the whole engagement runs remotely: secure portal, video calls, e-signatures. Clients across the country, no office visits required.

I already have a CPA — how does switching work?

Smoothly, and we handle the transfer. Your prior returns and records come over through the secure portal; your old CPA doesn't need more than a goodbye. Most switches happen between seasons — but any time works.

When in the year should I start?

Now. Tax planning compounds: the earlier in the year the plan is set, the more moves are still available. The worst time to start is April — the second-worst is next month.
